An absolutely delightful and rare figure depicting a young boy sitting a green base holding a dove or pigeon in his hands.
He wears a brown jacket, magenta trousers, and a yellow ochre hat. His jacket and the green base are trimmed with gilt. The figure’s style and colour palette broadly reflect those of the Dudson Factory but I would not state this attribution with confidence.
The figure is in lovely condition. The head and neck of the dove have been proficiently restored.
