A delightful little porcelaneous figure depicting a recumbent poodle with two puppies, one lying in front of the adult poodle and the other reaching up on its hindlegs behind the adult. The poodles sit on a pink cushion base with gilded hangings.
This figure is in excellent original condition with no damage or signs of restoration. There is some light discolouration to the back of the figure. There is a tiny little chip to the glaze at the front of the base. The modelling is lovely - I particularly like the fact that the tail of the standing puppy at the back has been modelled hanging behind the cushion.
A very sweet, lovable little figure.
