A fabulous small porcelain black and white spaniel.
This lovely figure is very well modelled and well decorated with good depth and detail. This figure form is sometimes found in earthenware but this porcelain rendition is cleaner, crisper, and more effective than many earthenware examples. It has a hollow base.
A capital ‘V’ is impressed on the inside of the figure near the base.
It is in excellent condition with no damage. There are some small spots of flaking to the overglaze black but nothing significant, and a couple of very small firing flaws emanating from the base but these are only surface-deep.

Height: 4.5”
